The results of the LS/CMI Annual Satisfaction Survey on the RMA helpdesk are based on queries received over the course of 2018 (Jan-Dec). Those who have contacted the RMA helpdesk for advice/guidance on LS/CMI matters were asked to complete a short survey to help inform the helpdesk process and how this might be improved. The results were overwhelmingly positive with 100% of respondents indicating they were satisfied with the speed and advice given to their query. Further details of the results can be found here.
