  • The right to be informed about how we use your Personal Data.
  • The right of access to your Personal Data and the right to have your data corrected or erased (which must be balanced with other rights and obligations).

  • The right to not be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing of your Personal Data.

How to Complain

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 requires Scottish public bodies to produce and maintain a publication scheme. Authorities are under a legal obligation to:

  • publish the classes of information that they make routinely available
  • tell the public how to access the information and what it might cost.

The Risk Management Authority has adopted the Model Publication Scheme 2017 produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner. This scheme has the Commissioner’s ongoing approval. Please visit the link below for full details
