Assessing Violence Risk: A Framework for Practice

The main aim of this report is to assess the usefulness of risk assessment instruments for violence. The assessment is conducted in two ways, first by reviewing the empirical evaluations of predictive accuracy and, second by surveying practitioner opinions about usefulness.
