Part 4: Case Study – Keith Shaw
We want you to feel more confident about your practice after the training so the course includes lots of opportunities for skills practice. To help with this, we have provided case study material on an individual called Keith Shaw. You will use this case study to develop a risk of serious harm assessment and risk management plan.
Before you attend the training course:
– To read the Case Study materials. This includes a completed Stable 2007 and an LS/CMI assessment up to the Summary of Analysis of Offending (section 7.3).
– Give some thought to how you would complete the LS/CMI sections 7.3.1 (Summary of Analysis of Offending) AND 7.3.2 (Evaluation and Conclusion).
