Scottish Ministers expect all Accountable Officers to comply with the duty of Best Value placed upon them. The compliance with the duty of Best Value is an auditable requirement.
This review provides assurance of the Risk Management Authority’s (RMA) compliance with the duty of Best Value for the financial year 2021-22. Both strategic and operational core principles have been identified and a self-assessment conducted against these principles, providing evidence/achievements to illustrate compliance with Best Value.
