Fundamentals of Risk Practice Training – Assessment of Learning and Evaluation Reports
The RMA have published two new reports on our delivery of risk practice training:
The Assessment of Learning report outlines the immediate learning across the 6 events between August 2017 and April 2018, to investigate the effectiveness of the training in developing participant knowledge and confidence, and to inform recommendations for future training.
The Evaluation report considers how effective the training is at supporting participant’s transfer of learning in to their job, and involves evaluations of the risk management plans completed by attendees.
